出租房碰到的两个骗子
前一段时间买了个学区房，出租过程中竟然碰到了两个骗子，写出来分享一下。
第一个是一年轻老莫，出租广告刚登出就急急忙忙来看房，当时就填了申请表，并将工资表及其他申请资料email了过来，他在一家著名的修屋顶公司工作，年收入近十万，信用也有700多分，看来很符合我们的出租条件。慎重起见，我们决定核实他的驾照后租给他，但他不愿意email给我们驾照，只能在交定金时给我们看一下。第二天我们见面时，老莫一边把驾照给我们看，一边说你看名字一样吧，随后又急忙把驾照拿了回去，只是在这当中我们已经看到了他的出身年份，这个出生年份证实了我们之前的一丝怀疑，这人看起来不到30岁，但提供的资料却是40多岁了。想想老莫名和姓相同的很多，盗用同名的资料很容易，只是我们没办法知道他是怎么盗到的，但很明显这房子不能租给他了。
这房子出租广告登了十天后，来了三个在附近上州立大学的学生，来了以后就给我们看他们的短信，原来在Craigslist上也有这个房子的出租广告，图片及内容跟我们的一样，联系人不一样，联系电话只接受短信，价格便宜了一半，还包水电。学生的短信是他们和出租人的交谈，那出租人告诉他们，先在外面看一下房子，如果满意，交压金，再安排看室内。这三位学生同时也看到我们广告，知道那个价格一半的一定是骗子，我们屋子对他们来说太贵，他们专门过来只是要告诉我们骗子的情况。多亏这三位好心学生让我们注意到了有人在利用我们的房子诈骗，难怪前面曾有人问这房子是不是我们的。随后我们报警，警察来了，了解下情况，说要我们去Craigslist要骗子的资料，否则没法立案， 看来警察也是多一事不如少一事。我们只得自己给那出租房的骗子发短信，告诉他立即撤了那广告，我们是房主且已经报警，但骗子好像不为所动，三天后，广告还在，我们又联系Craigslist，告诉Craigslist情况，不到2小时Craigslist 就把他的广告撤了。
我们已经在出租房子这个行当十多年了，早年几乎从来没碰到过什么骗人情况，这几年时有所遇，难道美国真的世风日下，人心不古了？

I wear size 8 shoe -orderd size 8 -normal width .I m 5'7" -130 lbs . They fit perfect . Little snug at first as are all new shoes . Hope this helps with concerning ordering a size larger issue .

This is my third pair of these shoes. I have wide feet so I have a hard time finding good shoes that fit well. These work great and each pair lasts me at least twice as long as previous shoes I have tried. They are very comfortable.

Rings looked good but the sizes we got ran small. We got our ring size before placing the order but it didn’t fit. I suggest ordering a size or two up. Other than that they looked ok.

I received the incorrect size(smaller) and after wearing the shoe a couple of times, the sole of the shoe started falling off the base of the shoe. The shoes look great, but the quality is not. Im not happy with the purchase.

The product looks pretty much as described. The only thing is that it smells really bad, like acrylic paint. And once you put them on, be careful because you may slip. Shipping was $16 which was a bit much. Overall, I would say the product is good for the price.
